I am delighted to be partnering with a global Professional Services firm based in Newcastle to help them recruit a Recruitment Business Partner. This is a brand new role with huge potential and opportunity to work in partnership with your stakeholders and provide strategic recruitment advice and support. My client is looking for a "best in class" recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders within defined business areas. The firm is an agile and innovative business who are consistently improving their technology and digital platforms to provide a seamless service and process to their end users.
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will align yourself with the IT & Technology teams totaling a headcount of 300 people. This is a growth area for the business, you will be looking at potential opportunities for recruitment, talent pipelines and succession planning with your stakeholders. You will work in partnership with them developing excellent relationships and gaining invaluable knowledge on their teams and expectations when hiring. Your credibility and stakeholder management within similar roles will be a real testament to your success, you will look at recruitment spend in your areas highlighting cost savings, potential opportunities and tracking interim workers. Part of your role will involve successfully overseeing the management of the MSP provider ensuring timescales and SLA's are being met. This role will work closely with the resourcing team overseeing day to day recruitment operations.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within an internal recruitment function ideally within professional services. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Ideally you will be working in a strategic recruitment position looking at the wider recruitment service and how you can add value to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery to the end user. You will have the ability to identify cost savings and initiate new ideas to overcome recruitment challenges. Your drive and motivation will be the service delivery to your clients and constantly building strong relationships, and with a through understanding of business needs and team fit.
