My client, a global logistics company, are seeking an experience Recruitment Business Partner with a focus on technical hires for a 12 month FTC. As the company is growing so rapidly the contract is likely to become a permanent position after the initial 12 months.
The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full end to end talent strategic resourcing for both the technical and the commercial divisions within the business, supporting and adding value to the companies growth plan. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment from partnering with internal stakeholders to managing candidate offers. The ideal candidate will have a mix of agency and in-house experience, able to utilise a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, own networks), and be able to advise on salary bench-marking & market trends to the business. This is a strategic recruitment role sat within a thriving team which is growing year on year.
The salary on offer is between £30,000 and £35,000.
