Recruitment Advisor

Due to business demand, our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team for a 4-6 month contract based near Sydney Olympic Park.

About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager this role will see you managing end-to-end recruitment for an upcoming project. You will source qualified candidates utilising the appropriate recruiting channels and ensure best practice recruitment processes are adhered to, including the onboarding of successful candidates.

You will be passionate about delivering an incredible candidate experience and act as the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the hiring process.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level attention to detail
