Due to rapid expansion and projects this Financial Services organisation are now looking to recruit two Recruitment Administrators to join the team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity requiring an immediate start.
The team support Recruitment Business Partners globally and are responsible for all interview support and coordination, all administration and related paperwork associated with a new starter and the on boarding of the new starter.
One vacancy will focus on interview support which includes arranging agency briefings with key relevant stakeholders, tracking CV via Taleo and ensuring the reach the correct hiring managers, coordinating the diaries of interviewers and candidates, booking meeting rooms, telephone and video conferencing.
The second vacancy will focus on onboarding new starters which includes; sending offer letter and paper work, undertaking pre-employment checks and references, producing contracts of employment and ensuring they are returned signed, completing of the on boarding process and the new starter has been enrolled on any induction. Being a point of contact for queries and reporting to both hiring manager and recruiters on the progress of candidates.
