A leading international accounting firm is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their lively London-based HR department. In this hands-on role, you will be supporting the firm's end-to-end recruitment service and graduate recruitment process, alongside the Recruitment Manager and Officer respectively.
In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for recruitment administration and supporting the Recruitment Manager throughout the full recruitment process (i.e., preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, collating and providing feedback, etc.). Furthermore, you will be supporting the Recruitment Officer with the graduate programme through maintaining the applicant tracking system, planning and facilitating assessment days, organising university events, helping with the induction process and more. Through this role, you will gain a lot of recruitment and administration experience while gaining business exposure. It really is a great opportunity for you to propel your career!
