Our client, an exciting small firm in the conference and event space is seeking a skilled recruiter at the junior level who is accustomed to sourcing and delivering against requisitions in a high volume, agile environment. Under the guidance of a recruiting manager, this individual will round out a team of 3 in talent acquisition, and will enjoy a high level of ownership and exposure. Strong communication skills, polish and sense of urgency are a must. Candidates are required to have experience handling full cycle recruitment.
*Directly source candidates and recruit against a wide variety of experienced vacancies at external clients and internally.
*Create a customized search strategy for each unique vacancy.
*Be able to manage a requisition load of about 10 vacancies, maintaining a very high touch, high visibility relationship with key corporate stakeholders.
*Utilize your highly developed written and spoken communication skills to navigate processes adeptly while building a candidate pipeline.
*Enjoy great visibility from within a leanand agile firm with an excellent culture, handling the full candidate lifecycle through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain direct access with corporate clientele on an ongoing basis, enhancing future rapport and effectiveness, and to foster deep understanding of each internal client.
REQUIREMENTS (**Please kindly only apply if you meet all of the below**)
Proven skill in written and spoken communications, and a record as a trusted influencer
A minimum of 2 years overall full cycle recruitment experience in a professional setting, ideally in the event planning or professional services (consulting), finance, legal, media/broadcast, or tech space.
Executive presence and superior presentation skills
Ability to manage (unofficially) and mentor junior staff
