More specifically, as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for;
- Working with senior stakeholders to agree appropriate route to market and manage expectations
- Supporting with writing job specs
- Directly sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
- Liaising with agencies
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience
- Interviewing with hiring managers
- Offer management
- PSL management
- Ad hoc recruitment focused project work
This role would suit someone with either in house recruitment experience or someone who is looking to move internally from an agency background. You must have strong stakeholder management skills and a thorough understanding of the end to end recruitment process.
