A leading national body in the professional services industry is now looking to employ a Coordinator, likely to have an interest in Learning & Development, to support a dedicated and specialist programme, whose aim is to work with, and develop professionals and specialists in their sector.


This coordinator role is focussed on providing a dedicated support function for the programme, including:

  • Coordination of annual payments and renewals
  • Working alongside committee members to provide support and ensure fluent process
  • Coordinating and executing events
  • Administrative work and working on online campaigns and communicating with the wider team

Key Accountabilities will include

  • Stakeholder management, including working with advisory committee members
  • Overall committee administration and coordination activities
  • Coordination of the annual process of membership to advisory committees
  • Customer care and being the face of the programme and organisation
  • Regular tailored communications and other matters relating to membership retention along with overseeing the annual renewal process
  • Coordination and delivery of events including Q&A sessions, functions and contribution to the organisation of the annual conference
  • Website maintenance and use of analytics, including editing pages using HTML
  • Development and delivery of social media and digital campaigns, including online enewsletters
  • Develop and streamline processes for the Program; formulate improvements in consultation with the Program Leader and Head of Professional Development
  • Provide support to the Professional Development department in projects as required

Who we are looking for

  • The successful candidate will be an administration focussed individual, highly organised, tech savvy with a demonstrated ability to competently use Microsoft Office applications and a knowledge and understanding of databases and CMS systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, experience in coordinating events and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required
  • To secure this position, applicants will need to have previous experience in supporting the delivery of professional business services and customer care
  • Previous exposure to a Professional services environment would be advantageous
