As a Senior Human Capital consultant / leader, you will be a self-starter and will be expected to utilise our clients global and regional networks to develop and nurture existing and new clients. You will work directly with managers and executive leadership teams in organisations to evaluate and develop talent management strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies.
You will be an expert advisor within the talent management space and will be highly knowledgeable in areas such as HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Organisational Design.
You will be expected to be a leader on projects for a number of marquee clients. You will also be responsible for developing the practice and will play a fundamental part in business development, cross selling and engaging the team and colleagues that are part of the business.
You will work on a wide range of clients on developing talent programs, people strategy, performance management and competency frameworks as well covering topics such as succession planning, leadership development and HR transformation.
Our client is seeking someone who has prior background and experience of at least 7 - 10 years in Talent Consulting from either a Multinational HR Consultancy or from the Human Capital arm of a Big 4 Consulting practice. In addition, you shall have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
Candidates that have either worked or covered the Middle East region as part of their remit will have a distinct advantage - as will candidates that are fluent in Arabic. Please note that Consultancy experience is mandatory for this position.
