I am working with a global financial services organisation who are looking to recruit a HRBP to align strategically across two client groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively and build relationships within a true Business Partnering capacity working strategically to implement the people agenda.
As the Business Partner for a client group of c.300 in total you will work closely with the Divisional MD and senior leadership teams to understand their business objectives, challenges, opportunities, and risks, and to plan and implement HR initiatives and interventions to drive key areas such as performance management, employee engagement, increasing capability, retention, and communications. This will include working with the COE to ensure optimum and efficient support and execution. You will also play a key part in coaching, developing, and supporting leaders to develop their people capability, implementing key strategic HR initiatives, and managing specific Group HR projects to deliver solutions.
The successful candidate will have worked in an HR Business Partnering capacity within a Financial Services company. With extensive experience of acting as a true Business Partner and as a trusted advisor, your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development, and managing change programmes. Commercially aware, you will have strong communication and influencing skills and be able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels.
The company operates a hybrid working model and whilst you can be based in London there will be the occasional need to travel to Manchester.
