This is a newly created position for a People Services Operations Manager APAC to join the business and take responsibility for reviewing, improving and harmonising current HR processes in the region. You will be the project manager who will deep dive into existing policies and procedures in the region, identify any risks and provide solutions, oversee the development of HR systems within APAC and continuously work with COE and HRBP's to improve collaboration and consistency
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 5-7 years of HRBP/COE/HR Projects experience and have worked in a matrix shared services environment. As a global MNC, you will have worked in a similar international business previously so will have confident communication skills and be able to be a true advisor to the business. You will have project management experience, perhaps implemented HRIS or worked through a transformation in the past. With a keen eye for detail and a strong knowledge of HR Operations you will be capable of taking the lead and owning this critical role for the business.
