Leading Financial Services organisation is looking for a People Operations and HRIS Lead.
This role will help ensure the smooth transition of employees post-acquisition of a new business and will take full accountability for the integration of people and HR systems.
Build and implement people and operations strategy and workflow and align the new employees to the business as part of the integration process
This will include:
HRIS and Payroll Mapping, planning and migration
Partnering with COE including Remuneration team to ensure integration of benefits etc
Overseeing the implementation of the migration of all employees
To be successful in this role you must have HR Systems implementation and payroll experience coupled with excellent project management experience and an analytical background.
This role will have multiple stakeholders and you must be able to prioritise, influence and manage expectations while delivering on project deadlines.
You must hold experience in using the Workday system and have experience of payroll migration.
