A leading investment business is now looking to recruit a talented HR MI Analyst to develop their HR reporting capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will be responsible for the production, analysis and interpretation of HR related data across the organisation and will enjoy a high level of visibility within the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and executive management. Candidates are sought who have proven ability to analyse and interpret People data across highly matrixed organisations, producing monthly/quarterly MI for Senior HR Managers and delivering all MI requirements of the SLT. This role requires a self-starter with a strong blend of advanced excel, HR system reporting skills and attention to detail where it is key for the business to understand data across the employee life cycle to make informed decisions. The role will also be pivotal in the implementation of a new HR system rollout later this year and the development of key HR reporting capability and efficiencies. Candidates will therefore require an excellent level of numeracy, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, any additional exposure to reporting tools (Tableau, Qlikview) would be advantageous.
