Our client is a highly regarded professional services firm who have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to advance their HR career in a rewarding and collaborative environment. The role is a permanent, full time People & Development Advisor role and you will be working within an exceptional HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR and employee relations advice to your client group. This role is offers a broad generalist remit and you will be taking the lead on employee relations matters - which makes for a really exciting opportunity!
You will bring a couple of years' experience in generalist HR and as your team will rely on you for full support, you will be highly organised and a real people person. The environment is incredibly fast paced and as a trusted advisor, you will need to be a flexible solutions-based HR professional who can build trust and relationships quickly.
The salary on offer is around £40,000 + bonus depending on the experience you bring to the role. The role comes with great benefits and a great deal of autonomy and flexibility. This role is a permanent, full-time role and out of state of the art offices based near Blackfriars.
