Newly created opportunity to join a fast-growth technology business. Currently located in Australia & the US, this role will lead a small HR and Talent Acquisition team and support their global growth by driving the delivery of the People & Culture Strategy.

Responsibilities will include:
- Establish best practice across all people related issues and processes
- Coach, advise and support on people matters
- Ensure people initiatives align to strategic goals and growth plans
- Drive strategies that support growth globally
- Leadership development
- Manage employee relations
- Previous experience in a HR leadership role
- Strong HR fundamentals
- Ability to run an existing function whilst planning for future needs
- Good knowledge of HR technologies, system implementation experience a plus
- Experience in a fast-moving, growing environment
- Solutions focussed, adaptable, can-do attitude
- Builds & maintains trust & confidence
