We are partnering with a leading insurance company to recruit for an experience People and Culture Consultant in either Melbourne or Sydney. This will be a 3 month initial commitment with possible extension.
Our client is an organisation that leads the way in developing leadership, promoting diversity, rewarding excellence and retaining great talent. The team are working on a number of HR projects that require additional support in the coming months.
- Support the P&C team with employee relations matters
- Participate and contribute to project teams
- Manage processes and procedures relevant to employee matters
- Actively contribute to an environment that is dedicated to superior, timely client service delivery
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline with a passion for people and culture
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Immediately available and ability to commit to a short term contract
- Supportive team environment
- Hybrid working (2-3 days from home)
- 3 month temporary assignment
