This international bank consistently win awards for their innovative approach to employee benefits, and are looking for a DB Pensions expert to join them. They are renowned for developing and nurturing their staff and this could be a great springboard for your career - whether into pensions or a wider employee benefits role.

You will manage mutliple defined benefit pensions schemes worth billions of pounds, so your work will have a real impact on thousands of people. You will help to reduce risk across the schemes, and your role will be of key strategic importance both within the Benefits team and the wider business. There are a number of strategic and operational projects to be completed over the next several years, and you will be able to develop your skills across the pensions and benefits arena.

Your previous experience of managing defined benefit pensions schemes will be a major benefit to my client. They will be looking to you for new ideas and better ways of doing things, so you'll need to be comfortable working innovatively and creatively. You will bring knowledge of de-risking pension plans and manging pensions projects. You will be the go-to person for DB queries and need to be able to work quite independently. The environment is high-performance and quite fast paced, and you will need to be able to build relationships quickly.
