Working within the HR Function you will be responsible for the end to end process of a small monthly payroll using the
ADP system. (ADP is prefered but not essential)
Duties will include producing reports to ensure the accuracy of payroll data and working with finance assisting with reconciliations. Preperation of year end(p11ds) and all statutory forms including p45, p60.
Ensuring all payroll legislative change are up to date you will have good attention to detail.
Confident and proactive you will review processes and procedures and implement change where necessary.
Administration of employee benefits with continued suggestion for improvement helping keep the company an attractive place to work.
