As a Payroll Coordinator you will gain exposure to a wide array of HR content, focusing primarily on payroll for over 300 domestic employees across several offices and multiple legal entities. The client is looking for candidates with 2+ years of Payroll and/or broader HR Coordination experience with a customer-oriented mentality and strong experience with Microsoft Office. In this role you will partner with HR Business partners locally and internationally, administer the global mobility process, maintain their HRIS system (SAP) throughout the entire employee life-cycle, and provide coordination support to the benefits, leave management, and recruiting functions as needed.
