Our client, a highly prestigious and rapidly growing firm in the high yield asset backed securities space is seeking a skilled payroll and benefits manager to oversee all administration in these areas, in partnership with the firm's PEOs (locally and globally).

As Payroll and Benefits Manager you will oversee and administer all facets of global payroll inclusive of its processing, reconciliation & distribution. You'll also administer welfare and retirement benefits across Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Workers' Compensation, Leave Processing and COBRA. You'll also have the desire to join a small, global company (less than 200 people with steady growth planned) and be strong in data processing and analysis, and have a desire to work broadly under the guidance of a highly skilled Controller. The leadership has been with the firm throughout its various iterations from inception to the present day. This hire will thrive in a high touch, forward thinking, fluid and professional environment, and will be invigorated by the opportunity to maintaining operational excellence with an eye towards improvement while addressing ad hoc projects falling in the realm of finance (and HR from time to time). Deferred compensation processing will also be a part of the role, as will day to day reporting and quality control. Strong excel and communication skills are needed, as well existing experience in payroll and benefits functions ideally in smaller professional services or financial settings.
