Are you a Payroll and Benefits professional with an EMEA remit? Do you have experience managing the benefits offering for multiple international offices? I am partnering with a London based Financial Services brand to source an EMEA Payroll and Benefits Analyst on a permanent basis.
Assist the Payroll team with the monthly end to end payroll cycle and manage the payroll mailbox
Provide first line benefit support and advice to employees
Manage the monthly flow of employee data and benefit information to and from the UK benefits platform provider and payroll provider
Manage the data required for benefit renewals, for example risk benefits and employee assistance program
Work on the annual flexible benefits enrolment cycle in the UK with the benefits platform provider and brokers, including system testing, checking the technical specification documents and managing employee queries
Provide analytical and reporting support for ad hoc Reward and HR projects and initiatives
Assist the Benefits team with employee communications for benefits
Process invoices for the Payroll & Benefits team, ensuring costs and invoicing is fully reconciled against departmental budgets
Manage processes for new joiners across EMEA including data to providers as well as running the Payroll & Benefits section of the company induction
