We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading US financial services company on a Payroll Advisor position. Our client currently operates across the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. They are ranked one of the world's oldest and largest investment management organizations having been established for close to 100 years.
As a Payroll Advisor, you will work independently and provide timely and accurate processing of payroll for APAC and Japan offices and coordinate internally with relevant stakeholders on payroll requests and updates as required. You will act as the initial point of contact for benefit-related matters as well as calculate bonus payments and off-cycle payments and participate in the transition of HCM systems and UAT.
Essential: The suitable candidate should come with at least 4 years of payroll experience and be comfortable working in an independent position. You should preferably have experience in a regional role and be able to thrive working in a fast paced environment whilst demonstrating immaculate attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Candidates who have previously operated in a financial services environment and are immediately available are favourable.
