We are working with our client, a multinational technology and social media company with multiple platforms and products, in their efforts to hire an Organisational Development Specialist. Our client is headquartered internationally and is looking for someone who would be comfortable living overseas for a period of 1 year for training and assimilation with the OD team, which is part of their Center of Excellence, before returning to the local regional office. Bearing in mind the Covid-19 pandemic that we're currently in the midst of, the individual hired will start in the London office and will only transfer to the international HQ when it is safe to do so.
Our client is looking to hire an OD professional with progressive experience as a business partner in large, multinational companies, where HR is known for best-in-class practices. They are also very open to candidates working in the human capital management consulting field. The individual must have experience supporting global populations, and experience developing and rolling out large scale projects and initiatives. Depth of experience in organization design and development, talent management, competency modeling, and performance management is key to success in this role, all of which needs to be built on a solid foundation of metrics and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OD and Talent Management. Our client is industry agnostic, but would have a preference for candidates who have worked in the tech space. They are looking for strong profiles and gravitate towards candidates whoses CVs demonstrate key accomplishments, metrics, and a penchant for innovation in HR and creative problem solving.
