They are going through a number of restructuring and process efficiency projects and the OD function is taking the lead alongside the HR team as well as the business leaders.
A background as a management consultant would be very helpful, with an ability to navigate a complex and matrixed global client. Some of the projects include designing toolkits around organisational design, support restructuring across their banking teams and also work alongside Communications and leadership for their top structure reviews. Re[porting into the Director OD/Change these roles have autonomy and can work very closely with the senior commercial stakeholders. This won't suit a generalist who has touched upon OD, it will require somebody who is a subject matter expert in organisational development. This will be a 12 month FTC paying a salary, plus a 15% completion bonus. The client will not consider a day rate on this occasion.
