Frazer Jones is excited to be partnering with a fast-growth global software business in their search for an Onboarding Programme Lead. The organisation is going through an exciting period of change and transformation so it is a really great time to join!

In this role you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a new innovative end-to-end onboarding experience, creating a fun and engaging start for all joiners in the business. Working with the wider teams including Finance, Coms, Tech and HR you will build a unique, digitalised onboarding process. You will ensure new starters receive insightful and useful information pre-onboarding so that by the time they start they feel equipped and ready to succeed in their roles. It will also be important to work with the wider HR team to ensure that line managers have the right tools to deliver a positive onboarding process.

Employees will have the opportunity to review their onboarding experience, so you will eventually be looking to achieve 100% of people having a perfect day one in the company!

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to get all the necessary teams on board to deliver your programme. You will be a confident and social individual who can think creatively and come up with innovative and surprising ways to 'wow' new starters. It is important that you're tech savvy so you can get personally involved in building tech solutions and of course, you'll need to be extremely organised!

Salary: c.£45-55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
