Manager Time Tracking (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the independent processing of all ad-hoc enquiries at the site in relation to our SAP ESS (Employee Self Service) time recording tool
  • Support the German locations with competent advice on the possible introduction and further development of the time recording tool in order to ensure consistency within the company
  • Helping our staff understand our time tracking tool, both by expanding our FAQs and by offering internal trainings
  • Administrative tasks, such as entering working hours, creating tickets for the service provider as well as assigning substitutions within the system
  • Very familiar with the improvement of processes and systems
  • Occasional support of the team in other administrative activities

Candidate Profile

  • You have completed your education/studies with a business orientation - preferably with a focus on human resources
  • Professional experience in personnel administration as well as very good knowledge of SAP HCM and various time recording tools
  • First contact with SAP organizational management is a plus
  • Your IT affinity helps you to think your way into new systems and solve existing problems in them
  • You describe yourself as an organizational and planning talent and your way of working as highly self-reliant
  • A real team player who is particularly flexible, open and service-oriented and approaches issues in an extremely proactive manner
  • Quick on the uptake with a high willingness to learn and perform
  • Good German and English skills
