I am delighted to be working with an international law firm on the appointment of their new Recruitment Manager. There is a huge amount of opportunity for this person to make an impact.
The role will have responsibility for firmwide lateral hires across both business services and fee-earners. As well as operationally managing the team, there is also scope for this person to be involved in various projects with other teams including graduate recruitment, marketing and diversity.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working for a law firm in an in-house recruitment team. The firm are incredibly receptive to new ideas so they'd love someone to come in with enthusiasm and who is keen to show off their creativity.
