Legal Recruitment Manager
My client, a Law firm based in London is looking for an experienced recruitment manager to cover a period of maternity starting in July. This exciting role will suit a successful recruitment manager who is perhaps already contracting or looking for a change in their career working directly with stakeholders across a multitude of areas including employment, arbitration, litigation etc. etc.
You will be working as the lead recruiter managing a team of 3 leading on both direct and agency led recruitment campaigns. You'll need to establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with key line contacts. This will involve regular liaison with the client base in order to deliver a recruitment service which meets their needs and expectations. You will plan and lead recruitment activity across mid to senior level positions using standardised selection methodologies, from capturing briefs to negotiating offers.
My client will be looking for someone with proven experience of recruiting fee earning professionals across law firms in London bringing not only their technical recruitment knowledge but also insight into the legal market and legal sector trends that you'll be able to share with key stakeholders. In addition, you'll also need to have proven people management skills and run a recruitment team in-house.
