Our client, a prestigious global law firm known for its cohesive environment is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team in Washington D.C., supporting Legal hiring. In this role, you will have a focus around campus recruiting and supporting the Summer Associate program, with responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with campus stakeholders, and driving coordination of all on-campus events, interviews and offer processes. With the guidance of the legal recruiting manager, you will also support the new hire on-boarding, recruiting analytics and lateral recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have three+ years of recruiting experience in legal or professional services environments, with a strong preference for some campus recruitment experience. The firm will also consider an agency recruiting focused in legal placement who has a strong in-house and campus interests. Strong communication skills, business acumen and professional maturity are key.
