Our client is an elite, global law firm seeking a Legal Recruiter to drive campus recruiting and summer program management, while supporting on-boarding and lateral recruiting efforts.
This role will sit as part of a robust national and global legal recruiting team. You will be responsible for traditional campus activities including managing key relationships with campus administrators, planning and executing events and interviews, and managing the recruiting pipeline and overall candidate experience. You will lead the summer program including event management and serving as a resource and coach to summer associates. Given broader scope touching projects and lateral recruiting, the ideal profile will include several years of years of professional services recruiting, and ideally some campus experience.
