This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Human Resources team as a Learning & Development Manager. You'll be working with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure both L&D requirements and the broader business strategy align. An exciting aspect of this role will require you to develop the assessment centre process; this will include building rapport with external providers. Other main areas of the role require responsibility within fee-earner, trainee training and business services training, as well as leading on their wellbeing initiatives.
This role truly encompasses the whole L&D cycle and you will be the lead L&D contact for the firm, working in the wider, supportive HR team. To be considered for this role you'll benefit from a strong academic background, have great interpersonal skills and be able to work to core values of the business. You must have experience of legal learning & development and if you have previously practiced within a law firm, this would be highly beneficial.
