Our client is a distinctive law firm with a niche focus - taking on cases that other firms are afraid to take on. They have an open and honest culture and their lawyers are immensely passionate about the work they deliver to their clients. The firm are looking to continue developing their people and are looking to hire an L&D Manager on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 4 days per week (28 hours per week) but they are offering flexibility around how you want to work your days.
In this role you will report directly into the Head of Learning and Development and you will be responsible for working with the senior management team to develop and deliver training and development programmes for business services staff. You will manage the learning and development strategy for paralegals and trainees. You will manage e-learning, the firms learning management system and will be responsible for designing and delivering a suite of soft skill courses and materials to the business.
We are looking to engage with strong L&D candidates who ideally come from a professional services background (but this is not essential). We are looking for candidates with a well rounded tool kit across design and delivery - and proven experience working with a range of e-learning and LMS tools.
This role is based in the City of London, right near Farringdon station. This role is 4 days per week (28 hours per week) and they are happy for you to work these days how you choose. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 which will be pro rata to 4 days.
