Am currently working with a leading international law firm in their search for a Learning & Development Manager.
Forming part of a small specialist team this position will see you supporting the legal population with their growth and development whilst with the firm.
Working across EMEA this role will see you responsible for the delivery of key lawyer development programs along with offering coaching and mentoring. Working collaboratively with global counterparts you will look to embed overall development programs across all levels of lawyers within the regions.
Building strong stakeholder management relationships, you will work closely with Partners and Heads of function to assist with work allocation, seeing this as a key developmental tool to enrich every lawyers journey through the firm.
This is a balanced role offering both cyclical and strategic project activity and will see the successful candidate reporting into the Director of Professional Development.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who ideally have legal experience or partnership experience with a real passion for development and enriching the journey of employees within an organisation. You will be a solid L&D professional with proven experience of design and delivery ideally gained within a professional services environment.
