A leading International Professional Services business based in the City is looking for an L&D Manager to cover a period of maternity.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key learning and organisational development initiatives. You will also be working with the wider L&D team delivering a wide range of day-to-day tasks, cross-functional projects and ongoing people strategy support.
This is a multifaceted opportunity that requires a forward thinking approach. You should be able to create content and use technologies to enhance the learning experience. You should be technologically savvy and be excited about 'digital learning' and modern methodologies within the learning sphere.

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have worked as an L&D Manager within a Professional Services environment. This can be within a Management Consultancy firm, Accountancy, Law or other 'Partner' modelled business.
You will have a credible coaching qualification and qualifications in psychometric tools.
Finally, you must have experience of designing and delivering training and presentations.
