My client, a rapidly growing Telecommunications company based in central London, are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager. Equity backed and founder led they have ambitious expansion plans, this is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded, excellence driven individual to drive customer growth at one of the most innovative growing companies in the UK.
You will be responsible for leading and driving the L & D function, with a particular focus on; Technical Training (governed by legislation), Sales Academy, and Leadership/Management Training. Responsible for end to end training processes utilising third party suppliers and working closely with the procurement team. Influence group and individual behaviours to support successful implementation and adoption of processes and behavioural skills to maximise organisational performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading/developing a L & D function within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will need to be able to operate within an ambiguous environment and make decisions from available insights. Extensive experience within a senior L & D role, with a proven track record in managing the design, delivery and evaluation of high-quality, effective L & D programmes.
This is initially an interim role with the opportunity to go permanent.
