Working as Learning & Development Manager for this Financial Services Organisation, you will be responsible for driving the end to end learning experience for the business. Partnering with the wider HR team and external training resources you will advise on and manage learning solutions, as well as engaging with senior key stakeholders to design and implement the learning strategy.
As a standalone contributor you must be comfortable working in and end to end capacity which has a strong focus on compliance as well as broader initiatives including engagement and performance improvement.
Experience in a similar role is essential where you have designed and delivered on L&D strategies and are comfortable liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and senior stakeholders.
This permanent position is based in the Inner East Suburbs of Melbourne.
