I am working with a fantastic retail organisation in West London in their search for a L&D Manager. This is a permanent role, paying £35-40,000 depending on experience.
This role will give you full scope in designing and delivering training sessions - particularly when it comes to compliance, soft skills, and products. This will allow you to deliver training on a variety of topics and play an integral role in peoples' growing knowledge and development.
You will also be the systems expert for the organisation, so you'll be able to train people and use MS Nav on a daily basis. This will mean being the first point of contact for all queries and also running training sessions on how to use the systems effectively.
You will be at the forefront of inductions for all new starters in the organisation, allowing you to review and improve the process when needed. This will give you the opportunity to meet and develop relationships with all members of the organisation and be the go-to person for employees.
As well as training sessions for groups, there will also be one on one coaching and mentoring sessions for individuals. This is a great way to really develop members of the team and make a positive impact in their personal growth.
