We are currently working with one of our large Financial Services MNC clients who are looking to bring on board a Senior Learning and Talent Development Lead for one of their businesses in Hong Kong.
The post-holder will work with various stakeholders to determine learning and talent management interventions and determine the most appropriate type of solution. This will include interpreting analytics, business and economic trends to support decision making on learning interventions. In this role you will support a continuous local feedback loop with relevant stakeholders and manage the deployment of learning solutions. This will require you to manage relationships with external providers and monitor quality and service levels.
As a Learning and Talent Lead for this business you will need to keep abreast of developments in the field of Learning and Development with a view to applying best practice and balance employee experience against business demand. In this role you will need to at times take independent decision making utilising knowledge and information to proactively solve complex issues and implement effective solutions in an efficient and timely manner.
Our client is interested to talk with candidates that have Solid Learning and Talent Management experience within a fast moving, complex and demanding corporate environment, with exposure to different markets or cultures and diverse regulatory frameworks. You should have extensive experience and a track record relating to learning delivery and talent management as well as having very solid experience with managing senior stakeholders. Candidates should have attained Degree level education, have at least 12+ years' experience and speak fluent English. Our client is not offering relocation for this role so Hong Kong based candidates are preferred.
