Our client, a revolutionary law firm startup with 110 employees is seeking an L&D Coordinator to come join their team in Midtown while working remote for the foreseeable future.
As an organization they are in the process of building out a best-in-class, modern, and progressive talent function, and the L&D Coordinator will be an integral member of that next phase of growth. Beginning with a new LMS implementation, the coordinator will partner with the L&D Manager who reports to the chief strategy officer to build and execute all aspects of their Learning program and continue taking increasing levels of responsibility through time.
Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of experience, an extremely high level of attention to detail, and some exposure to a law firm environment. As a highly administrative role this position will offer great exposure to the world of L&D/HR Systems and the Legal environment.
