I am currently supporting an iconic global retailer in appointing a L&D Business Partner. The role will be based in central London. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders in evolving both business and local strategies into leaning outcomes. This will involve providing Learning, Talent and OD support to two key business units.
The role will operate within a matrix environment reporting into both the Global HR Lead and central Head of Learning & Talent. You will partner with both the central leadership teams and retail training function to ensure a cohesive learning approach. You will operate as a true partner providing coaching and facilitation with senior leaders whilst also providing a natural curiosity to learning solutions. As well as a considerable business unit you will also support the ecommerce and marketing functions whilst the business transforms and builds a truly digital mindset.
To be suitable for this position you will have held a strategic Learning role within a heavily matrix organisation. You will enjoy working with the business on the full learning spectrum encompassing Talent, OD and coaching. Change management and culture change will be key parts of this position so you will need to be able to demonstrate how you have driven change within your previous roles. This will have involved the digitalization of learning. You will have a natural consulting approach and be able to demonstrate a strategic mindset in a complex business.
