Learning and Development Associate
Great opportunity for a Learning and Development Associate to work for one of the world's leading global retail and corporate banks at their London Office. Supporting the Head of Learning and Development, the ideal candidate will deliver programmes that meet the business' needs.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for EMEA, you will develop Diversity and Inclusion policies and initiatives that utilise the diverse capabilities of the firm's talented workforce. A key part of the role will be to deliver a range of personal and management skills courses to support capability development across the business to maintain standards and review their effectiveness. The firm prides itself on promoting diversity and inclusion and is keen to welcome someone who will support departments with developing annual training plans and be responsible for driving the firm's agenda for Diversity and Inclusion change, particularly in the context of Women in Finance charter.
The ideal candidate will come from a Financial Services background with some international experience of managing across different cultures. You will have experience of delivering and evaluating people development courses, workshops and related events. Good knowledge and contact base externally across Training organisations and professional Diversity and Inclusion networks is desired.
