We have a current opportunity for a Leadership and Capability Business Partner on a permanent basis.
In partnership with the Development Group, work with the Business Units to identify the local capability and development needs through engaging with key stakeholder, using a consultative approach.
Support the Business Unit HR teams in the L&D planning process, in line with the financial cycle in order to produce robust L&D plans and build adequate training budgets for each unit. Conduct regular reviews of the L&D plans and budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence and Group Functions to develop and tailor world class global functional excellence programmes to ensure they meet the local Business unit capability needs.
Lead the development of any specific learning requirements, identify commonalities across the globe to leverage scale. Where possible develop internal learning solutions; alternatively find suitable external partners that can operate at global level, or local partners where required (e.g. in non-English speaking markets), to develop and deliver the required solutions.
Provide direct facilitation and delivery of training wherever possible, and build internal "train the trainer" capability to ensure long term sustainability and success of our capability agenda.
Manage the roll-out and sequencing of all capability programmes (group and in country)
Create a strong measurement/evaluation culture across the Business units, ensuring all L&D interventions are evaluated using a consistent evaluation framework.
