Our client, a top financial services firm, is looking for a highly dynamic and passionate Lateral Recruiter to support staffing efforts across business technology (front & back office) and fintech. In this role, you will manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through building relationships with business leaders, and offer negotiations. You will assist the newly hired Recruitment Manager with staffing strategy, ensure job descriptions are aligned with business objectives, employee referral programs and pipelining talent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years in staffing within banking, financial and/or professional services. Experience with ATS and Taleo in particular is highly preferred.
