Our client is a leading global financial services firm, currently seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to help build out their global Learning & Development program from their headquarters in the Financial District.
This role will be the key point of contact for our client's newly implemented learning management system, and will support ongoing administration and development of the system. Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating in-person training programs, managing training vendor relationships, curating online content, and partnering with the business on development and roll-out of courses. In addition, this role will support the design and implementation of other talent management programs, including but not limited to performance management, role reviews, succession planning, and engagement surveys.
