Do you have a passion for people and a drive for learning? If so, I am working with a global media/ entertainment brand on their search for someone to work as an L&D Coordinator within this driven and commercial team.
The brand has been highly recognised over the years for their outstanding contribution to the industry and the artists they have supported. The L&D team constantly strive to ensure that their employees have the best learning experiences, assisting them in being able to excel in their roles.
With over 6,000 employees accross 60 countries, you will report into the Head of L&D and be responsible for the full coordination of all L&D activities. You will be the first point of contact for all learning queries while also looking after the budget, liaising with suppliers and ensuring these relationships are utilised, working with the wider L&D team to source and develop the best training solutions. You will work closely with the L&D team to develop and project manage various activities, partnering with different functions to ensue each department has access to the correct training within the brands offering, also suggesting skills gaps where training can be implemented.
Working for a brand at the top of their game can be demanding, so strong coordination and organisation skills are essential for this role in order for you to succeed. You will be working with 2 L&D professionals with a wealth of knowledge between them allowing you to closely shadow and learn from them while offering your support, acting as their number two and proactively representing the L&D function.
