I am currently recruiting for a proactive, forward thinking Learning & Development Coordinator to work for an innovative, ever growing Financial Services business based in the City of London.

Main duties & responsibilities will include work with the wider HR team and support with all tasks relating to Learning initiatives for the UK plus management of the regulatory projects.
In this role you will be working closely across all of the business functions, but particularly with Legal, Risk and Compliance and Company Secretariat teams, to implement initiatives arising from the industry's complex regulatory landscape. This includes project participation to embed regulatory change within the business as well as managing existing regulatory requirements with people impacts such as SMCR, MIFID II, GDPR.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner team, you will be responsible for the day to day management and oversight of all people aspects of SMCR and other regulatory initiatives and will ensure that all regulatory requirements are communicated to relevant colleagues, line managers and other key stakeholders to embed a risk aware culture within the firm.
You should have an understanding of and experience in EMEA regulatory developments, both the process of regulation and the application of regulation to the business.
Financial services experience would be preferable as this will help understand the regulatory space.
Prior experience in an HR or Employee Compliance coordination role is required plus previous participation in projects or project/change management.
