Based in an iconic Canary Wharf skyscraper, this global financial services firm are seeking a Junior Reward Partner to support them on international compensation initiatives.
There is lots of engagement with the business, and you will take the lead on engagement with the wider HR team. You will interact closely with global senior stakeholders, and provide managers with bespoke support to drive global decisions. You will support with the annual pay review and a wide range of Reward projects, including the development of new ways of working and new policies and procedures.
You will utilise strong Excel and analytical skills, and the business is progressing towards more advanced Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau. The business has a matrix model, and you will use your experience of working with complex Reward structures to drive strategic change. This is a blended analytical and partnering role, and you will need to be able to effectively communicate complex outcomes and ideas to senior stakeholders.
