Do you have a 'passion for fashion' and all things people? If so my client, a fashion retailer, is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their high performing and creative team!

My client is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to work as part of this dedicated and professional team, partnering with both retail and head office divisions and working closely with the various centres of excellence.

The brand has been connecting their customer with luxury fashion brands for over 40 years and due to a recent acquisition, they have seen a boost across their e-commerce space further supplying their customer with ease. With a headcount of around 200, they pride themselves on being creative and innovative when it comes to matching their customer with their dream purchase.

As the Junior HRBP you will partner with both head office and retail employees, connecting them across all aspects of HR, including the full employee Lifecyle, through to L&D and employee relations. Working closely with the management team you will coach them in growing their skills and driving performance within their teams, pre-empting potential ER issues and advising on current case management, while delivering innovate learning solutions to bridge skills gaps and increase engagement.

To be proactive and competitive and lead the way with innovation you will support with the implementation of a large scale HRIS project as well as grow your network externally to keep up to speed with current trends and forms of best practice within the retail industry. Above all you will act as a positive ambassador for the brand, living the brands values and celebrating success within the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience and an autonomous way of working but also possess the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will have a consultative approach to HR and a creative mindset and have a customer/ employee centric focus but also be aware of driving the commercial aspects of the brand.
