Our client is a global financial Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services to identify a junior HRBP to act as an individual contributor. For this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to stand independently and manage HR BAU processes. You will be involved in executing the talent agenda, manage a robust and effective performance process, engagement, and ensure internal processes are streamlined and accessible to the business.
This is a 360 role where you will have end to end ownership of all aspects of HR across the region. One minute you will be identifying internal talent plans and the next minute will be delivering an induction - you will have a board portfolio. There is a shared service centre but you will need to be prepared to undertake your own administration.
This is perfect for someone earlier on in their career that may have been promoted to a business partner role more recently, or a fantastic HR Advisor looking to step up into the Business Partnering space!
