About the Company

Our client is a European headquartered Professional Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services exclusively to find a junior HRBP to act as an individual contributor and partner across their APAC offices. This is a standalone and newly created role - an exciting opportunity to set processes, policies and ways of working from scratch!

About the Role

The population is very manageable to enable a 360 role where you will manage all operational and strategic activity and report to the Group Head of HR based in Europe. For this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to stand independently manage BAU processes for APAC. You will drive the talent agenda, manage a robust and effective performance process, engagement, and ensure internal processes are streamlined and accessible to the business.

This is a 360 role where you will have end to end ownership of all aspects of HR from operations through to executing strategy and acting as a project lead across APAC. One minute you will be identifying internal talent plans and the next minute will be delivering an induction - you will need to roll your sleeves up. Payroll is run out of Finance.

You have an opportunity to make an impact, take a lead area that you feel would add value to the business and APAC as a whole. The successful candidate will drive a proactive and strategic HR service for the business.

The population is made up of entrepreneurial, bright and engaging professionals who are not hierarchical. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and operations across APAC (including EPs, letters, and HR admin). This is an opportunity to work with world class business leaders in a global matrix set-up and carve a name and reputation for yourself internally.

Requirements: Must have local operational 'hands on' experience (e.g. EP processing)
